That is, until I asked a friend who knew Rebecca and Terry Carter. The Carter Group came highly recommended and after my experience I completely understand why. Rebecca was incredible to work with. She took care of everything with a smile on her face. She was so unbelievably on top of things. I really can't say enough good things about her. She is personable, knowledgeable, and fast. She was able to make the process of selling our house an absolute breeze and I'm so incredibly grateful to her for that. Terry and Rebecca Carter and their team did an outstanding job helping us find and purchase our dream home in Knoxville, TN. After we put in an offer on our future home that was contingent on the sale of our current home, they helped us navigate the purchase process. They were always prompt and professional in responding to our many long distance calls and texts. They also helped us connect with the other professionals and services we would need to make it to the finish line: lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, pest control services, utilities and etc. We were confident they both had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Jennifer is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional, but yet will talk in layman terms to help you better understand the process.
