Terry is truly exceptional I met him looking for my new home. I was with impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of information he had about the market. I have enjoyed working with him for the past several months on finding my perfect home. I'm so thankful that I found Terry he has always been available for home tours and the hours that worked with my schedule, his responsiveness was incredible. Purchasing a newly built home Terry helped me with the entire process. To make sure everything was being taken care of. The amount of effort and time Terry put in walking me through the process was great. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home but personally it's been an emotional investment as well. Having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with all of my expectations with such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. The Carter Group is awesome!!!! I have used Rebecca Carter for 6 transactions this year alone. She is always easy to reach and if she's busy she will call you back quickly. She has helped me get top dollar for my property and has also helped me in getting the winning bid in purchasing property that ended up going to multiple offer scenario.

Terry came referred to us from a couple friends of ours so I knew we would be getting someone good. Rarely are my expectations exceeded, but Terry managed to do it with ease. I had absolutely NO idea what I was doing but with Terry’s vast knowledge of all things real estate, I was able to not only understand but learn things along the way. He really will go above and beyond for you, not just trying to sell you any house he takes you to look at, he will give you a real honest opinion and we loved that. He worked so hard for us and I find that communication with people is so hard sometimes but he was always keeping me in the loop no matter how small the update was. I typically don’t recommend many people to others, but I’m confident that whoever I refer to him, he will work just as hard for them as he did for us and for that I am so very thankful!

Jennifer is the best! Very knowledgeable and professional, but yet will talk in layman terms to help you better understand the process. She is always a listening ear and truly has your best interest at heart. Jennifer was always responsive and punctual in our home buying process. She is also not afraid to stand up on your behalf to other realtors or contractors and you always need someone like that in your corner. I’m so thankful to have found a realtor and a friend in this lady!
