Before we went out to look for homes, they took the time to educate us on these vital topics and answer our many questions. After we put in an offer on our future home that was contingent on the sale of our current home, they helped us navigate the purchase process. They were always prompt and professional in responding to our many long distance calls and texts. They also helped us connect with the other professionals and services we would need to make it to the finish line: lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, pest control services, utilities and etc. We were confident they both had our best interests at heart throughout the process. However, it wasn’t just home their buying expertise we benefited from. Terry came referred to us from a couple friends of ours so I knew we would be getting someone good. Rarely are my expectations exceeded, but Terry managed to do it with ease. I had absolutely NO idea what I was doing but with Terry’s vast knowledge of all things real estate, I was able to not only understand but learn things along the way. He really will go above and beyond for you, not just trying to sell you any house he takes you to look at, he will give you a real honest opinion and we loved that. He worked so hard for us and I find that communication with people is so hard sometimes but he was always keeping me in the loop no matter how small the update was. I typically don’t recommend many people to others, but I’m confident that whoever I refer to him, he will work just as hard for them as he did for us and for that I am so very thankful!

Buying a house from out of state is a big enough challenge but then also having a huge list of demands adds to the adventure.
